What was that?
Yesterday, at a campaign event for Phil Angelides at a college in California, John Kerry said the following:
“You know, education, if you make the most of it, if you study hard and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, uh, you, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq.”I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt; perhaps the words came out wrong. If it was any other politician I would probably ignore such a statement. However, Senator Kerry made it clear in the early 70s that he doesn't mind slandering the troops for a little political gain.

Honestly, I think this guy is way out of touch with reality. At least the American public realized that a few years ago. I felt anger the first time I heard it, but now I just feel sorry for a man that is that much of an idiot himself.
